Cory Henry plays with Snarky Puppy. This "jam" is how he just warms up before warming up.

I’ve only had this compressor for maybe three months, and the peak reduction no longer works

So does the stereo unit has also external side-chain?? because i can't see it on backpanel. I would rather have one stereo unit becasue of the reason you jsut said: Price is better, less rack ammount but external side-chain is extremly usefull in some genres and that's pitty if stereo model doesnt have it

I would love to hear some audio comparisons between the new WA76-D and old WA76.
@WarmAudioOfficialСағат бұрын
Sonically when dialed in the same, they are going to be very similar. The main benefits you're going to get from the new WA76 is the fact you can now get the WA76 as a stereo unit + several additional features (dry/wet mix | impedance switch | sidechain ins/outs & stereo linking mono units | multiple stereo compression modes). Hope this helps!

I hear you talking……Very descriptive with all the “internal components”….Fails to actually show internals…Proceeds to get us intimately familiar with the front panel after all the “trust me it’s got blah blah inside” foreplay talk 😅🤔🤦🏾♂️ A picture can work wonders. I’m positive the design is copyrighted being as established as the company is 😊

These guys are lucky like me to have my #majikband producer and engineer Tom Syrowski turning the knobs and moving those faders. Thanks to warm for including him in this project. He is amazing. Like a brother and bandmate to us. He makes our records shine. Anyone else want to give up some love for Tom.

Hey Bryce, I own a bunch of WA stuff from pedals, to mics, multiple preamps and the WA76. I love it all and I’m sure I’ll eventually get one of the stereo. What I’m anxiously waiting for for you guys to come out are small form-factor mixers that can rival consoles such as the SSL big six and the Rupert Neve 5060 centerpiece!

This is a serious lesson on how to groove and how to play a Hammond B3 organ! The bass player has his work cut out for him but he's pretty good too. Chad has it right down and Cory is the master.

So, what was the original Warm 1176 comp designed after??? I thought in another interview (thst I saw) you said that it was designed after a Rev D (already). If so, what's the sonic difference between this Rev D and the original.
@WarmAudioOfficial2 күн бұрын
Both the WA76 and WA76-D sound very similar to each other, but do have some small sonic differences. The new WA76-D feels easier to dial in as its transistor parts are more accurate to what was used in the vintage RevD units, this helps the WA76-D feel less "grabby" than the WA76. The new WA76-D also uses an output transformer that's as faithful as it gets to the very first output transformer made by Reichenbach Engineering which has now become the CineMag USA company. Overall you will be happy with either the WA76 or WA76-D but the newly added features of the WA76-D are very helpful.
