Does it output signal from both outputs at the same time? If you wanted to use it as a split in the chain too?

It sure does!

So if I'm using the Bus Comp on the mix bus and running the mix through the 273-eq, does the Bus Comp go before the 273 or vice versa?
@WarmAudioOfficial2 күн бұрын
For most mix bus applications, EQ & color first (WA273-EQ), compression second (Bus-Comp) is the standard approach. It keeps the mix warm, controlled, and glued together naturally. You can always experiment and see what sounds cool to you though!

Great job guys ❤🎉 Does it have a buffered bypass as good as the original?
@WarmAudioOfficial2 күн бұрын
Yep! The buffered bypass is killer.

What about vocals
@WarmAudioOfficial2 күн бұрын
The Pedal76 can only send and receive an unbalanced instrument signal, so there would need to be something in between to change the impedance and signal level of the balanced XLR signal to unbalanced instrument signal like a mic preamp or DI box.

I just get the new WA-76A and WA-2A on Egitana store here in Portugal, all this is nice to know...Really a lovely company...And they know what they're doing.... To bad you still dont have a Europe Head Quarters for RMAs, would be faster. But i didnt had any problem anyway. So all is cool! By the way, just a question, why on the WA-2A the needle of the VU must all be set to 0 after each artist i record? Thank god the knob is on the front... Its like that so sensitive? Keep up the great work... :)

What ? I bought a few weeks ago the WA76-A2. Does that mean that I can enjoy 5years warranty ? I live une Europe. Is the warranty the same ? I’m new to the Warm Audio family. A month ago I got my first Warm Audio that is the WA-1B. Then the WA76-A2. My next would be the stereo preamp MPX. Last would be the WA-2A. But I’ll wait for maybe a new release.

What is up with this : Yes, plugging both an XLR and a 1/4 inch jack into the Warm Audio 2MPX at the same time can compromise the line level signal, as most audio equipment is designed to only use one input connection at a time, and simultaneously using both can lead to unexpected signal behavior or potential damage due to conflicting electrical pathways. Why this happens: Signal integrity issues: When both inputs are used, the internal circuitry might not be optimized to handle the combined signal, potentially causing signal degradation, distortion, or an unbalanced signal. Impedance mismatch: XLR and 1/4 inch jacks can have different impedance values, and using both simultaneously can create an impedance mismatch, further affecting the signal quality. Design intent: Most audio equipment, including the Warm Audio 2MPX, is designed to use only one input connection at a time, and using I am surprised that all connections can’t be plugged in ALL the time. There is an input switch so why do the lines levels actually sound better and louder, and the signal reads louder when the xlr inputs are disconnected?
@WarmAudioOfficial13 күн бұрын
Hey Lauren! Touch base with Michael from our QA team for a rundown on the input connections. Email below. 👇 [email protected]
