Look your factory looks great but people don't really care if the caravan is built in a big factory or a tin shed what we want is some back up when something is wrong unfortunately l have had 2 of your vans and had some problems with both unfortunately for you guys I am sorry to say this but you dealers are useless really don't want to know you as soon as they get there money if you can fix this problem you will sell twice as many I must say though factory has been ok but we live in qld

A quick question. I noted with the water testing that the sprinklers are above the caravan, are any tests done from underneath to ensure the van is sealed?

Wouldn't want my van if i got one draged behind a tilt tray interstate tho

How about a wiring diagram for each van so when there is a problem any sparky or auto electrical can trace a problem it's the simple things that will keep people buying your product

Fantastic facility. Well done to the hole team. Had our chameleon two years (which was build in the old assembly line) and I’ve had no problems with the assembly processes.

It actually does have an element that needs checking if your in Bore water.

The chains looked to be too long. I put the shackle in the third link from the end. I also think the video was so quick it was of little to no benefit whatsoever.

Quite possibly the worst review of a caravan I've ever been witness to.

My 2yo Ibis air con is not putting out water when on, it is quite humid, is this a problem

So when hooked up to mains pressure and 240v, the unit automatically fills with water and tops itself up as hot water is used. Does this mean in this situation the hot water unit can remain powered up to always have hot water ready to go? Or must you turn the unit off when the tank reaches temp?

How many Watts is the 240v element? Just a suggestion, having 2 elements, 1 high power, say 1500-2400w for shore power use,and another smaller wattage element, maybe 1000-1500w for inverters or batteries to use as a backup or as a Solar Dump for when batteries are full SOC would be very useful, otherwise I would suggest to keep the element wattage down if using a single element so it can still be used with inverters or batteries & you can still use the gas as a quick boost. Question , shouldn't the fridge be running off the house battery whilst driving and the car providing a charge to the house battery , also how many amps do these draw, I'm looking at this fridge for my new Jayco

reason to buy? its not the exterior - seriously...the outside looks like a footy jersey. Its not price - crusader vans are a bit expensive. For me the hurricane, it ticks every box. You want a self levelling van with solar and just enough room. Still think the space above the tow bar needs to be exploited more. Aaaaaand crusader vans need a custom decal option. Surely you can decal wrap these things in your own design when youre outlaying so many thousands.. i dont get why caravan logos are so big and god damn ugly. on cars, car logos are fairly discreet maybe a raised name plate or name insert. nope...not aussie caravans...you tour thru sleepy outback towns looking like youve got a melb storm jersey pulled over your head whilst someone has set your boxers on fire !!! coffee machine bolted in at bench height (with a small easily removable and washable carbon filter bin for used coffee grounds). for me thats the only thing i can see needs added to these vans. Otherwise for me - they are perfect. I can sacrifice one of the solo bed spaces and get a whole long table for my camera and laptops and personal items and storage.... these vans have all the boxes ticked - except needs fire wood carrier. im a solo traveller - i was gonna get a motorhome but smaller vans give me the ability to unhook my 4wd from camp. One piece construction tick. Air bags to self level tick. Decent interior tick. Solar and tech tick. if i was buying new i would buy a Crusader hurricane in a heart beat. Coz theyre small and feature packed. Small and light is always better on aussie roads. If i was buying second hand i would look at other brands as you can get some bargains, but right now for a solo traveller. i dream about getting one. Except for the damn exterior....lol.
