Well done! I've already bought 2 SSDs on E18. But i have a question - some E18-based SSDs like Kingston KC3000 1TB have 2 DDR4 DRAM chips while others like Silicon Power XS70 1TB have only one. Do two DRAM chips offer wider bandwith (2x32-bit = 64-bit) or E18 uses 32-bit connection to DRAM regardless of quantity of DRAM chips?
RANDOM 4K IS COMPLETELY SHIT. FUCK SEQUENTIAL SPEED YOU ONLY SEE THAT SPEED TRANSFERRING A BIG FILE.

AM5 is an LGA socket, so the processor no longer has pins...but okay, the point is clear...

Amazing, by the way guys what flash were you using? Was it the Micron's FortisFlash B47R 176-Layer 512Gb dies?

It has a sequential read speed of over 12GB/s, and a random 4k read speed of a sickly 63MB/s. An M.2. SSD with an E26 controller on a PCIe 5 mobo would perform no better than the Corsair MP510 M.2. in my PCIe 3 mobo. How a controller handles small file reads makes a big difference to performance with the exception of specialist applications like video editors where a fast sequential read/write is important.

It's wild that they could pull this off in 2022 when Silicon Motion seems not to be ready until 2024.
