I’m happy to do a video on just % model! I’ve played around with a few things. Right now for multi-day I still have a minimum with a % of the total wedding weekend. So it’s the same concept as just 1 day except typically budgets will be bigger since it’s multiple days which means my % will be bigger.

Thanks! It’s actually in Notion. We had someone create a whole custom planning portal on there and the timeline is a simple page with tables in it but we can move everything around really easily

So we added up all the weddings we’ve done at Under Canvas and the average was about $86k. But like any wedding budget, it will truly depend on your guest count and what you’re prioritizing.
