A shame the guest does NOT attribute the matter whose pathologies he describes. It's the economy that's engendered them and specifically gov't in-action or resisting saving desires of Kenya's private sector. Kingori please review & learn how National Accounts work and the 3 sectors - gov't/public, private & external(export/import). KE gov't is the issuer of KES thus NOT like a household in spending matters or obligations it handles. Obsessions of balancing or even going into surplus are simply destroying private sector's wealth. It's worse than even inflation...

WRONG very wrong, the more the degree holder get paid so do they buy more and that makes business community richer, now we have too many business vendor with ever shrinking salary from employed fraternity. Get that maths right. We cant all end up doing trade, that will shrink consumer base and hike competition that play out to unprofitable ventures. How many businesses right now are making huge profits, almost non except a few, get that? Try any new product of invention to ease on competition and soon you are copied to be reduced to unprofitable, the only way certain businesses get even now is to cheat consumer for buying low quality item in pretence they are buying high end product, you see there profit and recommend there services on this platform only that you didn't now better. Wait until we usher an era of mistrust at full percentage, whereby a local vendor wont be preferred to buy from them and a shift to oversees vendors who barely pay tax on local land based on double taxation policy negotiated by their mother land. Then this statement of yours will play on your face, this era is coming as tested by china squire net to ku university few moths ego.

The time we are using for classwork and research is a lot. Then there comes the 8- 5 working schedules that may at times go beyond 5:00 p.m On the contrary, a maasai or turukana in the village is making hundreds of thousands from cattle and goats.

Noooo, i give my self the concept of a fridge, if i only buy food n stock in my fridge n the one i comsume is little n am buzy restocking the fridge will be too ful to the point i cannot close the door of the fridge, then the foods i had put in the fridge days earlier will rot n smell will come out, n this is wat happens to our bodies, the fat is stored around tha waste on or arms n we get sick n u knw , explanation yake mmmmmmh
@fatumasaluwaКүн бұрын
I am not a pro bt i disagree with this lady, in tearms of eating conception, one needs to give the body time to burn t/ use the food u had eaten other wise, the food u had eaten earlier will not be stored as fat n the food u just consumed will start the digestionagain n the circle continues, the food itakua stored tena

According to Gods diet, we should eat 2 times a day.The eagle took food for Elijah morning and evening, hizo zingine za lunch ni jaba za scientist. You should eat well in the morning, drink water during the day, eat dinner at 5 or 6 or 3hrs before bed to avoid stressing your digestive system to work when your brain is sleeping, no wonder when you eat and go to sleep direct you get nightmares bcoz your brain has a lot to do. Soo eat breakfast,avoid unhealthy snacking, drink enough water during the day , eat dinner before 7, stop lunch.

The reason why fruits and vegetables lack high nutritional value is because soils are depleted of nutrients. I remember when we used to practice crop rotation and during our parents time they would allow the soil to rest for up to a year to recover nutrients. We no longer do that. Food gets nutrients from soil, so we now see the results.

People have destroyed the environment by spraying deadly chemicals on their farms killing echo system

Highly suspicious of this theory. Why we don't just eat soil then?
@mercyk2672Күн бұрын
@harrisonwekesa5406 I didn't suggest to eat the soil, but soil needs to be nourished in order to feed the crops. Even treating it with manure and other organic matter helps. But the most effective thing is letting it rest after harvest.

I struggled with many health issues before finding out I'm histamine intolerant, allergic to gluten and lactose intolerance. When I was in Kenya, I would drink raw milk and get really sick. Histamine is in all shade vegetables, which I ate all the time without knowing why I was so sick
