On races you can only use cars you have unlocked so you already had unlocked the racing car

No, you get a default car for the race or you can use your other cars unless you cannot

fleaujunior's video center not true. They spawn in these locations if you go to the first one it spawns randomly, u have to red pawn a few times to get it. Second one spawns there always. Third one depends on what car u choose

I did it too and I was so close to garage and then the tethers gave up on me... then I drove to a city, liberated it while my car was tethered to the ground so it wouldn’t respawn and then brought it to the garage in that city :D

bad, those vehicles aren't rare, and, that isn't the locations for these cars, you have probably put them there yourself, just like the first one, I have walked past there 100+ and it have never been there

You use fast travel to Manaea and go to that parking lot like he did. There is a chance that the sports car will spawn. You keep doing this until you get it. I got it on my first try.
