This doesn't have the issues the recently released remastered version has. The episodes go in the proper order of the 3 routes, with the episode that has the end of a route stating so. The visual novel is definitely the best place to get into the fate series.

Though that as difference, in UBW, Saber was rescued before to be completely submited by Caster, while in Heaven's Feels, sadly, Shirou cannot do anything to saves her.

Though that in UBW, Saber was also lucky, as Caster could easily uses her remaining Command Spells to kill her, or to inmediately fully enslaves her, but as Medea is a sadic woman, she prefered tortured and humilliates Saber, to be making her suffer slowly, giving the time and the chance to the heroes to rescue Saber, before be too late. Unlike in Heaven's Feels, in that the Shadow eliminated Saber, inmediately, preventing that our heroes could even have the chancr to help Saber in this route.

Adding that the fact that Saber changed of style im each route; Saber Lily in UBW, and Saber Alter in Heaven's Feels, could be to represent the fact that she has different Masters in each route; Shirou in Fate, Rin in UBW, and Sakura in Heaven's Feels. To be honest, it would be interesting that Saber would kept the wedding dress and that it would become her default outfit, for the remaining time of Holy Grail war in UBW.

@@GoldenLeonis Also, to consider the possibility that the Wedding dress was a Mystic code based in the poisoned gown of Medea, perhaps as effect to be wearing it, Saber's stadistics could get reduced, leaving her with the same stadistics of Saber Lily. Though that this drawback, could be compensated by the fact of has a better Master; Rin Tohsaka, allowing Saber balances her reduced stats.

This is the Pc Ultimate Edition that came out before the remastered version. Just google Fate stay night ultimate edition for more info, I started this playthrough before the new remaster released this month.

I just searched to see if there were rips of the new cg's, sadly not yet. I wish I had waited for the steam version, and even when it released I kept seeing posts that it showed the wrong cg's or character sprites at times. I still think there is merit in playing this version for comparisons sake down the line, but at least I'll record and upload fate/hollow ataraxia remastered when it officially releases

Yes, it is tough, the initial area's of the game are brutal without question, and it is severely hard to gain any levels in the first few area's, when you get to the first planet, you should map the initial area to 100 completion and sell the item you get, as painful as losing the field movement speed bonus it gives is. Once you finally get to the town that unlocks crafting, if you take ALOT of time to kit your characters and make enough money to buy busted weapons in the ice town, the game gets easier. The hardest part of playing star ocean 3 on 4d mode after having replayed it is, quite honestly, the lack of quality of life features modern games provide in my personal opinion, which I was fine with, but felt the impact of not having them. you have to put in a ton of work, you have to deal with the annoying crafting mechanic, you need to plan out how to use limited resources such as synthesis materials, and you need to be aware of some broken mechanics present in the game. All of this is simply my personal opinion of course.

I honestly should have used an animal slayer weapon, XD, figures the only source of removing enemy buffs would likely be exclusive to the post game.

I've always found that odd myself.

I'm glad someone agrees, the ending is bittersweet, and the root cause of the events is the committee for putting Takuru and subsequently Onoe in the positions they get put into. Hopefully Takuru will be free someday and Onoe gets to live a peaceful life, This is definitely one of the better science adventure entry endings.

I can't tell if that's a good or a bad thing, hopefully good xd. Great to see someone looking at my etrian odyssey 3 playthrough, I really want the etrian odyssey series to become more well known and popular.

It definitely is, but I would argue there are even more non obvious bad ends than that one surprisingly enough.

It's the ultimate edition, I titled the playthrough like that because there is no fate stay night game tag whatsoever when I upload episodes sadly.

It does, but there is legitimately good gameplay to this, the dlc dungeons for instance had insane fights that I was severely underleveled for, but I came up with some insane strategies for using certain character abilities (Luco is insane). Regardless of the cg's, I just enjoy the gameplay loop.
