but the core issue is, you enter into this track only on the day of test and in the city (Delhi) hardly you have space and guided tracks for learners to practice?? you cannot make figures of 8 or reverse S etc. on roads just like that!!! So naturally one will fail. Why should traffic police not catch so many drivers who openly break all traffic rules daily and cancel their license at once, if they are so strict to fail a learner on these tracks?
