I think its kinda neat idea for the army to supply survivors inside the exclusion zone with deadly weaponry for both neutralizing zombies and luring them away from security perimeter

For some reason fooling around in Debug mode I found that you can spawn helicopters as vehicles from this mod, and you can even enter them but can't use them. Do they spawn in normal saves? Has anyone found one? iirc there was a military one (UH1), a police, civilian and news one (Bell 206). Also when a helicopter crashes it can also be a UH60

QM became a convict after sec found his personal armory. Cap got swarmed by living statues made from a wiz. And I with most of the crew managed to get into shuttle and survive.

It's ouroboros station, it has multiple z levels and a terrible medbay. Thats all I can say as that was my first round on it and I was 24/7 in medbay.

What I really like about the police choppers is that they actually sympathize with the survivors by warning them about how the military will deal with the Knox Exclusion Zone and the rest of Kentucky but at the same time they understand that they can't risk rescuing or helping survivors.
