This is an incredible video. For MKDD, I believe the discovery of A-tech (players let go off the gas after a MT to snake in a near straight line) made players much faster than previously thought. This absolutely crushed their leaderboards, especially the god times so they needed to expand the God standards up to +8 and I believe +10 on some tracks. There is one track ( I think rainbow row) where the community has not cracked the top 2 god standard times funnily enough

fun fact : frostbeule shown first at 1:07 from Sweden also became a world champion on the game Trackmania ESWC back in 2008 earning 12k euros which is still to this day the biggest price anyone got on Trackmania

Awesome video and super cool to see you hit this massive milestone. I have a couple questions about the standards that I didn't understand from watching the video. How were the standards determined? Did really good players just happen to pick really tough, but doable times within a year of the game coming out? Were the God standards completed by at least one player at the time they were set to know for sure they were doable? Do the standards ever change when new strats are found that make them "too easy" or are these strats not allowed for this ranking? Long time MKW player and been following you for a few years now, but I've never really followed or understood this standards system.
