The black one is for oil filter holder, and the metal one for the oil drain plug.

Clean the hub. Mount and tighten disc. Check runout. Then you are free to mount pads.

I've just changed the throttle body and egr valve on my mitsubishi outlander 2.0 did due to the engine management light coming one which has cleared tge fault and code but it judder getting up to 70mph. Could this be the issue? I also changed the air filter recently which put the light back on the dash giving the same code. Cleared its again and it went off and stayed off. Just this annoying judder 😵💫
