Jan 10 to the week before this walkthrough. So about 4 months with no delays.

Thanks so much! Congrats you as well!! We wanted the loft but bc of the community building phase they weren’t offering the option anymore. We do have a closing date. Just got it yesterday.

@@MzFabulosity awww man. It's still a beautiful home. We are located in IN..what about yall? They gave us a "potential closing date" should know the official one this week. We also decided to leave the basement unfinished and do it ourselves ( oh geeez LOL)

@@deejea5413 We are in the DMV area. Our basement will be finished as a standard option but we will be finishing off the closed off portion that is left unfinished for an extra bedroom eventually.
