Thank you guys was a great share and a reminder about trusting we can so easily spiral in to the self pity 😬 sometimes it creeps up and grabs hold before we realise. Having the tools and awearness to shift out of it are so invaluable highlighting your raw and honest experiences is truly valuable. Great podcast 🌸🙏🌟
