Wpuldnt really be able to do a proper net running build. Definitely couldnt slow time on the same gameplay in vs. So it really wouldnt be thay great. Almost have to be a different game completely. But who knows where we will be at in technology in 5 yrs when we see 1st shots lol

I never notice that everything was in first person

I really appreciate the 1st-person aspect of the game. I don't long for extensive cut scenes or 3rd-person view, exactly...but it would be really cool if we somehow got more opportunities to see the protagonist characters we enjoy creating so much.

From a narrative standpoint its really cool, every time you start with V and you looking into a mirror and from then on its only first person, you’re living through every single experience they have in their shoes, until the story finally concludes when you get a 3rd person cutscene. Its a nice touch

Ill say this, youre not wrong about some scenes needing a cutscene But honestly i think the fact you see it all from a first person perspective made the game THAT much more immersive, you werent just seeing V have things happen to them, YOU were having things happen to YOU and i do hinestly hope Cyberpunk Orion keeps the story in a FPS perspective

Nah Witcher and Dark souls trilogies are better, as you need ac1 and Altair to make ezio’s story make sense which also means you need Desmond and since Desmond story dosen’t end till ac3. So 5 games means it’s no longer a trilogy. The 3 games can’t stand alone with the beginning and story and world building from ac1 that involves Altair and Desmond which are heavily tied into ezio’s story and then due to that need ac3 to end. Hence why Witcher and Dark souls are better trilogies as they are true trilogies, unless both fromsoftware and cd project red go back on what they said and continue both the dark souls franchise and the Witcher/ Geralt’s story. As of writing this however they are true trilogies with a beginning middle and end, finished in 3 games not 5 also if you just do ezio’s story and ignore the stuff relating to Altair and Desmond his whole life still isn’t covered in just the 3 games.

Yeah, Cyberpunk was such a great game that the only footage that people show of it when praising it is pre-rendered stuff that we KNOW was faked just to try and sell pre-orders of it. Mostly because you can't show more than 30 seconds of footage without someone clipping through a wall or floor.

But gentlemen, don't limit yourselves. All endings are canon. That's why you can only choose one per game. And because of that too, the sequel will not take V into account, except as a name reference. The main character of the sequel will know the legend of V, but he will not know how he/she died. Just as V also knew the legend of David Martinez.

I disagree, V clearly wants different things during different stages of the game and, more importantly, in the different beginnings. Street Kid V is definitely set up to want to be a legend; but Corpo V is initially just looking for revenge and a way back. Nomad V is just escaping a stuffy home, and Clan disagreements like Panam but stronger get out.

AC2 didn't improve parkour that much, if at all. AC1 has better environments for parkour so it feels better to play despite the improvements AC2 made. I haven't got to a part about combat yet but AC2 was a big downgrade from 1. Brotherhood and Revelations made it more fun but AC1 combat is still better than both.

Let's just hope they learned a VERY valuable lesson about launching a broken game and appreciate the hardcore fanbase that stuck with them through it all

In my view, the game's various endings have more to do with the _emptiness_ of 'becoming a legend', with your only memorial a named drink at the Afterlife. The Tower ending of Phantom Liberty really drives this point home, if Jackie's death, Johnny's fade into irrelevance and futility, and V's eventual fate, whether it's going into Mikoshi, leaving Night City, or even becoming 'a legend' in the Sun ending...but losing love along the way...doesn't already make the point. It would not surprise me if Cyberpunk Orion establishes The Tower as the canon ending, and the Night City of 2079 becomes the setting for the sequel to 2077.

This is all revealed in the Heroes quest, which everybody ought to do in the game. Not only do you learn all this about Jackie, but you get not only his motorcycle but also his Iconic Nue pistols....some of the best in the game. This game is so much more than just shooting and looting.

I want nothing but single-player. I love the story-telling aspect of Cyberpunk...I have no interest in it being just a sandbox for multi-player.

If Cyberpunk Orion takes place a few years after 2077 [say, in the Night City we glimpsed in the Tower ending of Phantom Liberty] the city could easily be changed, expanded outward, downward, upward and even underwater. Parts might seem familiar, but changed...other parts would be new. I don't think CDPR should be completely reinventing the wheel for a sequel....but I want new characters, a new story, kind of like what Edgerunners and Phantom gave us.
