I watched it just for her. And now she died ... 😢😢😢💔💔💔💔 If I watch season 9 (I *don't* think that I will do!) then just for Ressler. Red lost my sympathy in s7, as he became a narcissist loving only himself!

The way that they truly only had those few days together in Black Widow. Yelena blipped so soon after and Nat had to spend five years after losing half her found family and her sister. AND for Yelena to immediately need to find Nat when she came back broke my heart, because they had so little chance to be together. 'You had so much time with her' MY HEART!!! The truth in that actually breaks me. They were so close as sisters despite their limited time. If we had known about Yelena in Endgame, I don't know how people would have reacted. ITS SO SAD

As strong as the Kalex sister bond war, Alex isn't the one that got Kara through her PTSD, Lena was. By the time Kara returned from the phantom zone, Lena was locked in on Kara's needs, she could sense what Kara was going through and instinctively met every need. Alex saw this, the show made sure we knew that Alex saw this. Alex could see that Lena would always protect Kara. Lena didn't take Alex's role in Kara'slife, Alex passed it on to her. Throughout season 6 we see Alex growing closer to Lena, witnessing Lena's dedication to her sister. They were both team Kara and helped each other deal with her being gone. Alex knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that Lena placed Kara's safety above all else.

What's interesting about Kara returning from the Phantom Zone is that it wasn't Alex who helped her through it, but Lena. Lena seemed to know what Kara needed and made Kara feel safe

When Alex and Supergirl are in Red Daughter's loft and Alex is panicking about Kara missing Melissa's acting is top notch at that moment. She can't tell her what's really happening, she sees her sister in pain, and all she wants to do is comfort her. The eyes say it all without words. Chyler does a really good job at showing sudden realization when Supergirl comforts her, like a light bulb went off with a memory. Since the memory wipe Alex has been slowly growing closer to Supergirl, she starts becoming protective of her, compassionate, and even concerned with how she heals. She starts caring about Supergirl in ways she used to even before her memories returned. So the sudden change in Supergirls behavior starts triggering her brain. All the sudden Supergirl is being overprotective, unwilling to tell Alex why there is danger, and then becomes near to tears as Alex discusses her sister Kara. You can see in Alex's eyes all these things seem so out of character for Supergirl and it has her thinking, and then the hand touch happens. Alex may not know who Supergirl is but she does know her sisters touch and that touch set off bells on Alex's brain. Supergirl being so compassionate and sincerely crying is why Alex instantly followed her to the fight, her instincts told her Supergirl was risking herself to keep the Danvers safe.

Have you received Jesus Christ as Lord and personal savior in your life? If you haven't received it yet, accept him now in your life as a personal and savior, pray this prayer for the Lord that comes from your heart. " Father I thank You that You love me so much, no matter what my past has been You have a future for me that is bright. I thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus and I desire to experience all that He gave His life for me to have. I choose now to turn from my own way, and I ask you to cleanse me of all unrighteousness. I believe that Jesus died to take my sin and rose from the dead that I may be forgiven. I declare that right now I am Your child and I am free to be who You created me to be, write my name in the book of life. In Jesus name I pray. Amen."

The Danver sisters bond redefined what shows can do when they aim for more than just romance. Alex and Kara set the bar for TV relationship

That whistle that will get no response breaks me EVERY.damn.time.
@12classics39 Жыл бұрын
It’s brilliant writing for Clint to make Yelena stop with the whistle. A whistle that would be bizarre and meaningless to anyone else, yet meant so much to Yelena that it’s the most undeniable proof that this man is someone whom her sister truly trusted and loved if she told him about something as sacred as their whistle and their experience on the plane. It doesn't just tell Yelena that she must not kill him; it SHOWS her. And it means so much to her to meet someone who loved Nat as much as she did that she willingly lets her guard down and allows herself to be vulnerable and emotional in front of him. At heart, she's not a killer at all, but a lost little girl experiencing grief for the first time and not knowing how to handle it.
