Yo I’ve had the basketball hoop for almost 2 months now forgot to say thank u. U guys literally help me thru almost all of it the only thing that I used the manual on was the rim, net, and the adjustable height. And also is it safe to put it at 10 feet?

It’s pretty stable and sturdy just make sure you don’t swing made hard on the pull up like I do when u get that adrenaline😂

Probably the poles holding the backboard in place so you need fix them

Because it probably is to weak so screw the bolts a little more tighter to be able to hold the backboard weight
