100 degree I think there's way too many dudes relying on these high-powered crossbows that are more like shooting a rifle they're not shooting a bow the whole point of archery is to get up close to the animal and and be in tight with him and when that chess game

No I agree with Justin 100% if you don't go out there only on the days that are high pressure that's when you're going to see the dear if you're out there all the time you might see the deer all the time this is the bottom line they feed five times a day you know they got to be on their feet they got to eat that's it

Kansas is by far my favorite state to hunt in. Luckily i usually get drawn every year. Its really fun to rattle in KS. The bucks just seem to act differently to calling. I rattle in bucks all the time. Congrats in 2 hammers

We watch the video and watch that slow motion where you're pulling the bow and as it rolls over the whole entire bow bottom cam shakes that's what I don't like about Matthews and you cannot adjust the let off unless you buy mods

Dude that is really cool that they extended their warranty to the second buyer that is a huge step for bad news BowTech was the most Innovative Boat Company and I think that hit the market and people realize that and they're like hey how can we do something like that

I absolutely love all of I love all of my scent Lok clothing you really understand how good it is when you go out there in 20° weather with a badass wind and you can't feel the wind camouflage shirt on and the wind is just eating you alive up top but down bottom you cannot feel it at all and not just that I treat it very delicately I always have two sets of gloves one said that I put my camel on with and then once that I wear and then I do the face mask everything I cover up everything and I've had deer stand directly underneath With The Wind in their face and not bust me

Weird yall talking about the sole purpose of the ATA is dealers to do business with manufacturers, but your purpose for attending is to support this channel with content and to get sponsorships from manufacturers...lol The irony of saying something about TV personalities or influencers or the guy who got a badge to go with his dealer going to the ATA or the parties or the show turning into more of an event, well after 20+ yrs of attending the ATA... it is dead.. ive been there as a dealer and a manufafturer over the years... there is no energy in the room anymore.. thats coming straight from the mouths of not only manufacturers but dealers as well.. they enjoyed that whether yall think so or not... you guys are completely out of touch. Heck maybe trying calling out your major sponsor Mathews for not showing up...lol

Make no mistake, hunting is declining. Here is a statement from Fish & Wildlife- "In relative numbers, the percentage of the U.S. population that hunts has been on a steady decline since at least 1960, when there were 14 million hunters, representing 7.7 percent of the total U.S. population of 180.7 million people. In 2022, hunters represented only 4.8 percent of the U.S. population. Even at the 1982 peak, hunters only represented 7.2 percent of the U.S. population." All in part to Greedy Landowners, selfish "Trophy hunters", & cost of equipment.

They appreciate guys like you because you promote them. Mutuality beneficial for you for content, for them for content, easier to come to one place and schedule meetings for paid partnerships. The majority of the time their budgets are accounted for by the time your meeting takes place 😆

Im hearing some theories that alot of the country was in severe drought through the summer and fall, their antlers didn't get enough mi reals and were more apt to early shed. I'm Ohio, Big bucks shed by end of muzzeloader, young bucks still carrying- likely not as active in the rut. Don't know for sure, but I tracked 2 mature bucks to their beds 15 yds apart from each other at 20 yds away in a foot of snow on the 7th and wouldn't you know it, both had shed both sides. Still have a couple weeks left with my buck tag for the first time in 22 years. A long season...

Regarding the opening statement about the ATA show, There's still some life there" doesn't sound too promising. The show should be open to the public. Those there to do business can still do that. Barrett Jackson is a great example of this. Its an auction and all buyers must be registered as bidders to participate in the auction, but most of the people in attendance are not bidders. Bidders can buy, but non-bidders cant. Everyone wins!

For an extra camera that is always pointed at the deer i use a go pro mounted on the bow stabilizer using a bike handlebar gopro mount. Footage with decent light comes out surprisingly good especially with lighted knocks..with slow motion you can track the shot and get a good idea where you hit an animal if its inside 25-30 yards outside that distance the angle is a little too wide

I so wish I could go to the ATA show, just to see all the new stuff. Also I get your feelings about wishing these manufacturers would send there best minds. I've went to the PA Great outdoor show and I've walked up too booths and I've learned more from you guys reviews or a PJ Reilly review than the salesman in the booth. Kinda sad and pathetic.
