Yeah alright. Set up a paraplegic women's only scaffolding company. See how you get on. Simplistic example yes, but just by virtue of having different people isn't always going to be a blanket positive. Why not just employ the right person for the job, and not keep insinuating that people of different colours and genders and sexualities are inherently better or worse than others based on those characteristics. Is a black person better than a white person at something? Is a white person better than a black person at something? Isn't that racism to suggest such? I'd propose that businesses who are actively inclusive are better managed not only in their hiring, but better managed overall. With sufficient finance behind them to achieve that. So I assert that better managed business are 33% more likely to outperform poorly managed businesses.
