Though we haven`t had much of a winter in these parts for almost a decade now, I`m still certain that ten or twelve *consecutive cold nights* are sufficient for preventing something like this from happening. There is no chance in hell, not even under the conditions of a full-scale climate change, that the screwworms or other malignant blowfly species could ever take root here. the Mediterranean Sea is a natural obstacle for the spread of these wretches.

I just caught the fucking tick thats giving me a lot of fucking itchy marks. There's only one tick i freaking smashed it with my flip flop and it's juicy asf so bloody scene. And now i only have to deal with the bite marks and itchyness that's around my both arms and I'm sure its gonna last for weeks.

Its a good idea but its hard to target 1 insect, as we learned with the whole bee thing.

It would be nice in the future to use permeable soil on parking lots for infiltration of water in to the ground, and on these permeable soils it would even be possible to put urban allotment gardens. What do you think about this?

emerald ash borer is not in this state yet. no apparent reason why either. The Mississippi River stops it from the east but there is no barrier to the north. Pine beetles are terrible. It saddens me to cut down my scotch pines just as they start to look good.

20 to 30 jobs? This is so lame dud, when we could be growing good plastics with industrial hemp! Wake up and see that hemp is energy green energy and green plastics and the way we have become fossil fuel dependent is dead end for all of us. HempLife.us APR4U
