If someone hasn't never driven a Carrera GT or can't really drive as far as knowing how to truly control a car.. this car will get you killed, it's fast and very very touchy.. it's low also.. and even the slightest bumps in the road can cause this specific car to become out of control.. this is one of the funnest cars to drive but also one of the most dangerous.. by the way, love the car.. one of my favorite all time..

Stunning looking and running car, but I have to take issue with the F-1 sound of its V10. Not impressive at all in my book, but that is just my opinion. I guess I am just paying tribute to my age (74) as I grew up surrounded by very powerful sounding, ground pounding V8 engines that were, and still are for some, the true sound of real power.

Kills me seeing a nice bike out in the rain! Only time mine gets wet is when I was it and I squeegee and air dry mine to make sure I got all those hard to reach spots and I always live everything after I wash it! I have a 2016 GSX-S1000, and 2015 Honda CBR300R! Both are about as close to factory fresh as you can get new better tires my big bike has all the upgrades to unlock its power and take the throttle jerk these modes where known for! I didn’t notice nothing but mountains of torque that’s why it’s snatch it’s a brute to about 150mph then it sucks to much wind just not meant for that as much! Plenty of power to do it but your helmet first into the wind!

On my gsxr1000 these tires are absolutely garbage. Slip and grip, no confidence in them at all. Shortly after purchase the front tire cupped severely and the company offered zero assistance. Never waste my money on pirelli tires again. Overpriced and crap quality .

Hey, nice bike. Can i ask how you put on the crash pads on the lower fairing?
@bopenyungchockdee5754
@bopenyungchockdee5754 4 жыл бұрын
@Rasmus Lennartz-Johansen Hiya mate, Always happy to help a fellow SV rider out, if you have a second gen SV and you want to keep the lower part of the fairing on? You need to buy crash sliders that have mounting brackets that affix inside the fairing. Basically they are just big spacers that bolt through the 2 engine mounting bolts. The crash slider then fits through the hole in the fairing and screws directly into the spacer. You need the spacer as the holes in the lower fairing don’t line up with any securing parts of the frame. The only place I know that sells the whole mounting kit & slider is R&G. that’s what I have on mine. If you decide to ride without the lower fairing on, then sliders without the mounting brackets can be used, they will bolt straight on, most use just 1 of the engine mounting bolts, (the bolt is usually supplied with the sliders.) Please take my advice & do yourself a favor, always use sliders that are made of Delrin, it’s a material designed to wear & not dig in & flip the bike in the event that you have a slide. You can buy a set of FleeBay for around 15-20 pounds. Hope this helps, Cheers & happy motoring

I feel like if you could find a shorter final drive it'd really help out. That 2-3 shift in particular drops so much rpm.
