The elephants used for the show (and riding) are clearly abused. You can see them all having the same scars and they look so depressed... No wild animal allows to do those tricks without being abused and living in constant fear. Dont' go to fantasea if you don't want to be a part of animal abuse.

Charlie is the biggest legend out there. He lead me on the right path to become the captain I am today... not super yachts as such, car ferries. But the things learnt from him are relevant on any vessel.

I grew up in Hollywood with my mom who sold Ganja and Hashish. I got to smoke a few puffs of Red Lebanese Hashish once. That was my favorite smoking experience. I am 47 YO and caught the end of the cheap imports. I've had the soaring Sativa twice in my life. I'd love to get a good, steady supply of that! Most of it matures too late to ripen in California. It will finish in January/February. It has to be imported.

Do not go to Thailand if you're going for the weed. the weed is trash there, very very low quality and low THC ... you dont feel anything even if you smoke a lot

Jodd fair market is quite nice, but I prefer Srinagindra train market. Chatuchak market is nice to visit once, but very touristy. Khaosarn Road = Backpacker's Mallorca. Avoid it. Rooftop bars: Have only been in the Bombay in Thonglor. Two expensive, and arrogant waiters, totally "unThai". Go to ICON Siam instead and enjoy the view from the next to upper floor for free. The walk is quite nice, and the two parks are very nice and very different from each other.
