[55] is a fine pattern but I'm partial to [2233] with thrown 2s, in which one throws not points or lines but planes. (I'm hardly able to manage 0 [44] myself, but I saw Bruce Sarafian do [2233].)

The lighting Director need to know foremost it's not about him. It's about the show, the juggler. Sell him. Highlight his skill that he soents hundreds of hours practicing. Need to find out out what costume juggler will be wearing. Then what color are the balls? Then you choose the backdrop so the balls are highlighted
