The CT Dept. of Consumer Protection is the worst government office we have ever encountered, by far. They are true terrorists, who terrorize small business - arrogant, dishonest, cheaters and abusers of the public trust. They are the worst government office we have ever encountered anywhere, by far. They prey on small business people, and mis-use their governmental authority to terrorize small non-union businesses, in furtherance of the Connecticut government's severe bias against small and non-union business people. They are one of the reasons Connecticut is called Corrupt-i-cut. Very bad people.

Within just a few hours of receiving the TDap to retain my nursing license, I had burning pain that began in my lower extremities, a fever of 105, and the next day I locked up and couldn’t walk at all. I returned to the doctor that injected me with this pharmaceutical product and she told me it couldn’t be from the vaccine, and I must have Lyme. She prescribed me another pharmaceutical product, which obviously did not work, as I did not have Lyme. It took months of radical elimination diet and heavy metal detox to get better. Should I be forced to be injected with this product against my will? How about my child, who, as we share DNA, would very likely have a similar reaction? Since my healthcare provider lied and intentionally misdiagnosed me, there is no official record of my injury, so I would not qualify for a medical exemption. Why do wish to harm my son and me? Please respond.

Then why are you unconstitutionally blocking and censoring posts about the issue on your official government social media pages Senator? What are you trying to hide from the public and people of this state?

Sadly, you are not addressing the many valid concerns that have been brought to your attention. People are banning together in opposition, because they want the government to stay out of their family and health decisions and they don't feel they are being heard by their elected officials. We do not want mandated medicine! We certainly do not want mandated liability free pharmaceutical products. I can go to 4 doctors for one single issue and receive 4 different diagnosis and treatment plans. If I listened to every doctor, my child would have had 2 completely unnecessary surgeries by the age of 6. Medicine is not a one size fits all and decisions need to be made in conjunction with doctors, with informed consent and without coercion - not shoved down our throats by holding our children's education hostage until we comply. Don't you see that the more states try to force vaccines, the more people are rising up and seeing how wrong it all is? The mandates are having the opposite effect as what you intend.

Our lack of trust in the government, Big Pharma, and the healthcare industry are legitimate, as you suggest. 3. The "social media frenzy" has allowed us greater access to information; knowledge is power and threatens the corrupt. 4. There have been far more than "one or two" negative vaccine stories. 5. My information doesn't come from "trolls and bots". 6. I highly doubt that the authors of the many books that have revealed damning evidence against vaccines are getting rich off of them. The same can't be said for Big Pharma and the CDC.

In the underdeveloped world Oral polio vaccine is the number one culprit for VACCINE INDUCED POLIO. Okay, not here In the USA since 1999 but isn’t that a red flag to consider when making decisions FOR OUR FAMILY? Please, senator, CT students are 96% vaccinated. And as if you are aware vaccine immunity WANES! To believe that childhood vaccines guarantees immunity for a LIFETIME and solely rely on the children for “herd immunity” is impossible. What about the adults at schools? Only way to know if you gained immunity is to get your titers checked. Don’t fix what’s not broken! Let CT continue being liberal and respectful of what families choose to do. This is the USA, respect our rights!

Senator I don't trust you nor do I trust anyone in the Government in CT. HB5044 further makes us not trust government. Stand with the children and oppose HB5044.

I am sure that you have seen vaccines save lives. But aren't there situations where vaccines cause harm? Why don't we have the BCG in the U.S.? As a pulmonologist, what can happen there? And what about illnesses like Sarcoidosis and SLE? What does forced vaccination do to patients like that over time? What about African American girls with the beginning stages of Sarcoidosis? Are you going to recommend medical exemptions for a certain degree of Raynaud's? What about when they worsen after, let's say, the first HPV? What about asthma? When are you going to draw the medical line? Or are you going to abdicate your oath as a doctor and deny that there are times when vaccines do more harm than good to a given patient. The U.S. is not Karachi and we have vitamin A rich diets. What we don't have is protection from our doctors from the excesses of the Pharmaceutical companies.

And maybe you have some ideas for how to restore peoples' trust in government, pharma, and the medical community. Ramming things like HB 5044 down our throats is NOT the way to accomplish this, I can assure you of that. Blaming the mistrust chiefly on internet trolls and Russian bots is a complete cop out.

You're not finding common ground with people when you deny their children an education. And if this passes, it will be basically right along party lines. How's that for solving this polarization you allude to? You're an intelligent guy. Surely you can figure out a better and more thoughtful approach to this perceived problem than throwing thousands of kids out of school if their parents do not give in to coercion at the tip of the Roman spear.

Senator, you are acknowledging that people cannot trust the government and big pharma, yet you're suggesting they should trust them with what's being injected in their children by that same pharma, and mandated by that same government? You're expecting your constituents to trust you on this? You're ok with the government overreach? I hope you understand what terrible consequences your position can have on your constituents. I hope you can join the rest of us in our fight for medical and religious freedoms. Please, come join the rest of us while we stand together on the right side of history. Thank you.
