Did the production for February not have to include the closing inventory carried forward from January i.e. 2000 units (not sold)? Therefore units sold would equal inventory (op. inventory + production) or am I missing something? Really enjoy the videos - an invaluable aid. Thanks in advance

alternatively 2 years it was 20. Cents Present value is 20 times the Anuity factor at 15%, which is 1.626. This gives us 32.52 cents as PV of the didends over the 2yrsThereafter, in year 2, it will start growing, so what is the value of 20 cents in year 2? Its value is 20 cents x PV factor of at 15%, which is .756, and this gives a value of 15.12 cents. So now using the growth formula 15.12 (1.04) ÷ (.15-.04) = 142.95 Cents. So therefore over 2yrs Accumulated Market value = 32.52 + 142.95 = 175.47 cents or $17547

Thank you very much sir...my only question is regarding machine overhead, I was wondering why the cost of a total 6000 hours was added to the relevant cost together with the opportunity cost of 4000 I had thought it would just be a fixed cost of 4000 hrs 12000 + 4000 extra cost to get the relevant cost for machine overheads 🤔

Shouldn't we assume that the $36,000 profit on S' statement already excluded the $2000 in unrealized profit? I'm confused as to why it was subtracted when calculating the NCI 🙁

I recommend that the business revises its ROI strategy for the next 2-3 years. This revision should be based on a thorough analysis of our market share and competitive landscape. Instead of focusing solely on maximizing short-term profits, we should aim to undercut our competitors by offering high-value products at competitive prices. This approach will enable us to dominate the market and weaken our competitors. Once we have re-established a strong market position and reduced competition, we can gradually increase prices in a strategic manner. Maybe making more profit than ever. Just me trying to think out of the box.

Sir, Do banks have working capital? Is the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) the same as Current Ratio/Working Capital Ratio? It is difficult to calculate the working capital of a bank because a bank's balance sheet does not include typical current assets and liabilities.

Minute 13:14 - you have used GBP 333,000 as NRB used in the last 7y. However, since the requirement states that Dee (i.e. the donor) paid lifetime tax due on lifetime transfers, wouldn't then GCT be = chargeable amount + tax paid = GBP 333,000 + GBP 2,000 = GBP 335,000? That does not affect the end result of the exercise, as the available NRB would still be nil, but I wanted to confirm my understanding on the computation of GCT carried forward. Thank you in advance!
