Awesome cover. It sounds like a grown up, more mature Koyuki singing. His accent got perfected, his voice grew deeper and more masculine, and maturity taught him things that allow him to sing the song with more soul. It's just wonderful imagining a Beck 10 years or so after the ending of the manga; everyone is still in the band and they're still slashing it, but they're finally proper grown ups in their late 20s to early 30s, at their prime as musicians, reminiscing about all their adventures. Beck was alive, man.

My grandmother just passed away. She always looked out for me and worried about me but when I have gotten settled her health deteriorated and this song would be me to her.... telling her I will be ok.
