Whats crazy is all the memes about a "certain group" of men not fearing prison because for them they have few responsibilities and they get 3 hots & a cot plus "booty everywhere", when some states are ACTUALLY charging prisoners. This case will probably make it to the Supreme Court. At that point, yeah, maybe 5 years from now, he will get the relief he wants. That's assuming the Supreme Court decides to review the case.
