I NEED SPECIAL PRAYER I need God’s mighty hand in these matters. Please plea on my behalf. (1) Bro. Franklin Aymer, Montserrat. In July 2023 I paid a jointer $5000.00 to replace my kitchen counters. He averaged about a three weeks’ time; but an island wide electrical outage delayed the dead line which was an estimate. Then his car got broken down after, he said. This was the fee he charged. I did not have any say over what materials he would use. He promised that the five thousand dollars is sufficient to completely replace the counters. I asked him for a receipt the first day I gave him the payment and keep asking him and he wouldn’t give me my receipt. I asked him twice during the time when he was rebuilding if the money was sufficient and he said yes. He partially finished the job and now is 2024 and am still waiting for him to finish the job. He is not even communicating properly. The inconvenience is terrible. Some of his old tools are in my house and the remaining materials. We had no quarrel or hard talk. (2) Secondly, I paid a mechanic to fixed my broken-down car September to October in the year 2023. He said he had to rebuild the engine and he had to purchase a new cylinder head which cost $1000.00. I paid him and also paid him $800.00 for his workmanship. In three months’, time the car is not working properly. I did nothing to the car since he returned it.
