Absolutely not worth 6,500,000.00! I'm in love with a property BEAUTIFULLY decorated centuries old house with wine cellar, pool, a lot of land, and even a 300 year old tree for only 2,500,000.00. That tree is older than the USA. I don't care if that house is near the ocean. It is still not worth the price.

There are houses near the sea that cost much less than the one in the video. This house, however, is located in one of the most expensive cities in Italy. I guess you have a beautiful house and definitely have no intention of changing it. I assure you that there are people who are very interested in buying a villa in Forte dei Marmi.

I’m 52 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with $1M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify my portfolio.

The key is diversification. Personally, I delegate my investing to an advisor, cos my job doesn't permit the time to perform market analysis myself. Thankfully, my once ago stagnant portfolio has now 5X in barely 4 years, summing up almost 7 figure as of today.

I was just at this location last week to see the famous Gladiator shooting spot. Parked next to the church and walked down. its is a beautiful location of the Val d Orcia valley, I can see the potential of renovating this property. If only I had the money. This is so surreal to see this video only 1 week after I visited the same spot, and yes we saw the filming crew setup or the George Clooney & Adam Sandler movie.

The cellar was built underground in the 2000s. There is also the above-ground cellar that is located where the tower was in ancient times.

Hi!!! Loved the property but I wish the video showed more. I want to see it online with many pictures. Other living places bedrooms main house and guest house. Also the staff quarters. Is there a pool??? Pictures of the production area and where the bottles get sold. Is there a wine tasting area??? This is very beautiful and it has me thinking. I look forward to see it online.
