Glad i'm not the only one who asked this lol. I'd like too add on that him getting smoke could be the moment his powers activated. Think about it, he's being held hostage by some crazy smoking man who's threatening his brother, and Reggie had his gun drawn and aimed. Sounds like emotional distress too me but maybe I'm nuts. I love Infamous regardless and I'm glad too see it still being talked about!
