Happy to help! Please use it weekly and avoid tight hairstyles and heat. Also do low manipulation hairstyles that give your hair more space to breathe and grow. Keep your ends tucked too and use a silk or satin bonnet. Also, try rosemary oil and rinses. All the best.

Hapana😊 I trim often the weak ones and I did loose hair after having Marie 😢. It takes time to recover but I’m taking one day at a time. My hairline was affected too. But also have LOTS of SHRINKAGE 😊 I think the style makes a difference too.. if I use lots of water and gel, it always look longer cause I don’t use heat or stretch it out often. I think that’s why inakaa kidogo lol😅 Thank you.

I have a lot of shrinkage which is healthy for natural hair. Also, I lost lots of hair and around my hairline in the last two years after having my daughter. I’m trying to grow it back gradually tu. It’s a journey getting to where I was before and by grace I will. Thanks for your question, I hope I’ve answered-:)

What kind of conditioner and oil have you used.?

I use shea moisture with Jamaican black castor oil. It’s really nice and has a good slip in to it. it also has peppermint, apple cider vinegar and Shea butter. For oil, I’ve linked a one minute clip on how I mix it in my kitchen with different oils (olive, coconut, almond and castor) please watch the video.
