thank you for watching my vlogs~ i hope you enjoyed them!! that’s so exciting that you might study abroad at uos🥳 my study abroad in japan was my first one and i just applied for it during my undergrad bc i wanted to experience life in tokyo. for UOS, doing a semester abroad was a requirement for completing my minor in international business. im now starting my masters in NYU and my specific program offered first semester abroad in shanghai and i thought it would be a great opportunity!

i agree~ madrid was the perfect place to travel alone since i was living in barcelona and already used to the culture & way of life. it felt familiar but i was still stepping outside of my comfort zone:)

I am also going to Toyo University for my exchange :) Would you recommend the ai-house-hub4? I'm unsure if I want to stay in the international house or in the hub 4.

ooo that’s so exciting!! i definitely recommend ai-house hub 4! it was recently built in 2022 so the interior is so modern and clean. ai-house also provides meals (breakfast and dinner). there’s also a mirror room with a ping pong table, piano room, and multiple study rooms with projectors too:) everyone at ai-house goes to toyo so it’s very easy to make friends there. the RA’s are also so friendly, helpful, and make sure you feel comfortable and welcome🫶🏻
