No, it's a unique system and only compatible for all TRI Implant Lines.

Can I mill this on Sirona MCX5? It doesnt have the option od flat drill, has only round tip burs

Currently, the Sirona MCX5, which primarily uses round tip burs, is not compatible for direct milling of the matrix® implant components which require flat drills. The matrix® system is specifically designed for new digital manufacturing technologies including CAD/CAM milling, and optimal results are obtained with equipment capable of using flat drills to accurately create the required implant interfaces and connections. If you are using the Sirona MCX5 and want to work with matrix® implants, you might need to explore alternative strategies such as outsourcing the milling process to a facility with the correct tooling capabilities, or considering an equipment upgrade. For more specific guidance, please check the latest compatibility details and recommendations from TRI® or contact their support directly at [email protected].

How much would an upper and lower full load, with 6 up and 6 down implants with gums fully Hollywood white, how long would it take from day 1 to completion ? Plus, how much would it cost ?

Come on, no one bites with a sustained pressure like that- Chewing forces come at all angles - and with varying pressures. While I appreciate the showmanship, it’s not a very accurate representation of what happens in the mouth during function.

Hi this is Dr Andrew Ip. That actually depends on what you want out of it. Is it ease of use, access to resins, availability, price, etc. ? Price is always going to be important, but is it the MOST important? Nope.

You need numeric markings. And a new implant holding bottle so that when things go wrong theres a proper place to put the implant back on the bottle before any adjustment need to be done on the drilled site.

When start pilot drill up to 6mm get a PA to confirm angulation, Too close to 13 should tilt abit to 11. Always try to be as perfect as possible espeacially in the asthetic zone.

Dr. Joel, how do you measure the primary stability for placing the provisional? Can we use Ostell ISQ? What about having centilever on this TRI Matrix implant?

At 1.08.30 what happened to the mandibular implant. It looks like a TRI implant which has lost significant bone.

Thank you for your question. The implant showed is a TRI® Bone-Level Implant with a 2mm high Healing Collar screwed on top, so the bone level height is perfectly right at the top of the SBA® surface and doesn’t show any bone-loss.
