Product and Development KPIs Feature Adoption Rate - Percentage of users engaging with a new feature. Bug Resolution Time - Average time to resolve reported bugs. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) - Measures how satisfied users are with the product. Time to Market (TTM) - Time taken to develop and launch a product. Monthly Active Users (MAU) - Number of unique users engaging with the product each month. Retention Rate - Percentage of users who continue using the product over time.

Sales KPIs Sales Growth - Percentage increase in sales over time. Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate - Percentage of leads converting to customers. Average Deal Size - Average revenue generated per closed deal. Sales Cycle Length - Average time taken to close a deal. Quota Attainment - Percentage of sales team meeting or exceeding targets. Churn Rate - Percentage of customers lost over a period.

Marketing KPIs Conversion Rate - Percentage of users completing a desired action. Customer Retention Rate - Percentage of customers retained over a period. Click-Through Rate (CTR) - Percentage of users clicking on a link or ad. Cost Per Lead (CPL) - Cost of generating a single lead. Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) - Revenue generated for every dollar spent on marketing. Social Media Engagement - Likes, shares, and comments on social platforms. Website Traffic - Total visits, unique visitors, and page views on the website.

When setting or tracking KPIs, always do these 3 checks - ✅ Have you defined a clear objective? What are you trying to achieve with this KPI? ✅ Is the KPI measurable and achievable? Can you track it with the data you have? ✅ Is your data source reliable and easy to track? Do you have a system in place to collect accurate data?
