I remember watching it "secretly" when I was 12 and even back then I knew it was total shit and that made me cringe, a lot, it was so funny to watch something "taboo"😏 (I've always found vampires really sexy). Now I couldn't watch the show without my soul to leave my body 😂 it'd bother me. It's important to sympathize also with the female lead or otherwise every hot scene is pointless 😎. If she's like an object it doesn't affect me at all, it only bothers me because who wrote that shit see us (women) as a mere object to be used. There is no point in creating a spicy moment if feelings aren't involved 😉. This is why I am actually reading manhwas where you can find many treasures. (Still vampires are too hot for my poor heart, indeed it cannot handle a good work with vampires in it without going crazy).

@@oneekochan1386 I was like 15 or something….back then I had this huge otome games period where I wanted to play one soooo bad but it was out of my reach (thankfully) so I binged watched all sorts of these otome game advertisement animes 😂😂 I actually didn’t even care about the plot all I wanted to see were these bishies 💀💀💀 so they female lead were always like non existent for me?? If that makes sense….as in I didn’t even notice them because they just didn’t have any presence or personality at all….and maybe that was the point to keep the fl as y/n kinda….so that ppl would get attracted and buy the game….. I was aware the plot wasn’t going anywhere since it was a promo…. now that I look back I might’ve just been on a hormonal high or something lmao…. And I think I was more drawn into the anime because of this opening, the whisper “motto hoshin daro” killed me and even now when I listen to it I just feel things 🤣 but yeah anyways i really liked ayato back then although his character was total shit but I guess I just liked the looks 💀 And then later in 2016 I was excited for s2 but I was no more into the otome phase and had realised how these otome animes were trash so I was very very disappointed by s2 like I couldn’t even feel anything anymore and I was questioning my life choices…. Yes some manhwas are great! I enjoy josei manga’s too and sadly a lot of them are the same in the way they show women and I just skip them asap….but there are some gems too which value things like consent and all it’s good to see!

@@syzygy1111 yeah there are plenty of them (manhwa) which are really good but usually I don't know why the worse ones get animated 😂 btw the woman figure is changing, lately there are many more works where the girl is the badass one, I am not for the opposite neither obviously, I mean when there is a badass girl and a useless boy, this isn't good either of course but I really appreciate when both of the sexes are equally skilled (in something, not only physical strength)

But I don’t think these manhwas get animated? Those which are the counterpart of shoujo/josei *manga*….only the shounen counterpart like solo leveling lookism etc….so which ones are you talking about? (Manhwa = Korean manga’s basically + webtoons)
