I understand that you are questioning whether you are overthinking or not, whether you are thinking you will be better or not. What you are going through is a long path. But at the end of the day, the path will end soon. It would help if you didn't doubt yourself no matter what, and you don't have to bring yourself down by thinking about those things. Overthinking can be quite relatable, and im sure you are a strong and valuable person who deserves to be loved, no matter what happens. Overthinking things can be normal to a degree but if you continue to do so it becomes something that shouldn't be healthy for you... I know it's sometimes hard to stop overthinking things because it becomes a normal thing but try and think of things that you won't overthink or try and distract your mind from overthinking certain things, it may not get rid of the things your overthinking about but for a period of time if you try and distract your mind it will allow you to relax for a bit and try and think of other ways to distract your mind from the things that are causing you to overthink. But you can always vent, don't be afraid to, we are here for you ❤
