Yes you can. A good diet (no junk food and a diet that has vitamins, protein and also a good amount of carbohydrates) and constant exercise is fundamental to increase GH (growth hormone) and also IGF1 that are both the most important hormones that drive height growth. Sleep is fundamental too, at least 8 hours per day and at the same hour. And another tip is to avoid food 2-3 hours before going to sleep, because this "time window" allows the body to reduce glucose in blood and consequently reduce insulin level in blood; this low level insulin allows the body to release more GH in blood during sleep because insulin is antagonist of GH. Though I suggest you to inform by many sources to be sure to not harm yourself, and also not believe everything you read. Be really aware about what you do. To be safe just eat good and do exercise (cardio and also free body exercises: push ups, squat...), and high quality sleep, and enough amount of sleep (at least 8 hours). Last thing I want to say, if you have any concern with your height, and body growth, speak with your doctor to feel good and resolve any doubt.
