Love refracting lenses start, feels good watching number go up. At 17:42 you could have taken the incant armor 2 and multistrike into the unupgraded siren if you did want the scaling survivability rather than up front with damage shield (not that it matters with sap, the latter is probably safer if you somehow pulled a bad draw).

33:30 magic shop: I'd have gone the opposite way. A -1 on the siren's song is hyper efficient, because it allows more plays and therefore multiplies the value of the dropcage. Playing it twice is much better than playing it once with doublestack.

51:58 It's a better Enflame. 2 cost for 9 armor and 4 rage vs. 1 cost for 14 armor and 10 damage. 2 cost for 13 rage/26 damage vs. 1 cost for 14 rage and 38 damage. 1 ember for 38 damage isn't bad. Give it a -1 Spellchain, and that's 76 damage for one ember, plus 28 armor. Still kinda slow, but better than Enflame, and you need armor cards to double armor effectively. Personally I would put the custodian into the collector on ring 7 and then self infuse Animus on ring 8. You get the multistrike and the magic shop, and still get to face tank with either collector or wyldenten. Definitely multiple ways to win that, but imo it's better than juggling the steel shop for a chance at multistrike.

the geforce mentioned in the intro reminds me of the google stadia project, which was googles attempt at cloud gaming. Like many google projects it was super cool not profitable, and then shut down. I hope the economics of the business have gotten better, the use case that I envision is for people that dont have gaming rigs or sufficiently powerful gaming pc's to just buy the service for just a month to play a particular game that you couldn't play normally.

$20.00 a month isn't that expensive if you're someone who actually buys games, considering new games cost like $90.00 USD. If you planned to buy 3 new games that year, and those would be on GeForce, you have a value proposition. I, personally, hate all DRM and all of these forms of monopolization (including Steam although we're lucky to have Gaben acting as basically a benevolent dictator), but just discussing the pure cost/benefit going on here. $240.00 a year for access to new games, tons of other games that all run at god-tier settings such that you don't need to buy a giga-rig? It's good value if you can deal with the latency and have the internet connection speed.

I had a thought for you: what if you did a series that was a guide on how to 100% the game, one run at a time, starting from scratch with the DLC?

I know I'm 3 years late, but to me isn't the obvious answer to the quandary about 'too few starting calamities means my Mythwalkers are OP' vs 'too many starting calamities means the overtuned enemies ohko my non-legacy characters' to just...use less-strong legacy characters? If you use for example a 3-star and a 2-star legacy char (instead of two 5-stars) then the recommended starting calamities aren't as dangerous to the fresh characters since there isn't as big a discrepancy in strength.

Nice run! I was actually shocked you skipped Resonant Shard at the end! If you had Resonant shard, and then Ritualed first on Turn 8 on Seraph before playing both Last Stands, I think that was enough to kill him right then and there. And I think it gets Divinity 8 turn rush instead of your 7. The chance to squeeze extra turns is definitely better than 215 points from gold IMHO.

haha I love the rambling bit at the end. It's so absurd. Also, texture is absolutely a crucial part of flavor. It isn't just you. Even the shape of the utensil you eat with can affect how something tastes.

This is the closest run I've seen since cursed seeds. I wonder how you win this at 200. Edit: Maybe infusing a queen's impling into Votivary might have made the infinite more palatable? +80 damage every cycle.

The only thing that would've made that faster is saving the rage imp and infusing it into the votivary, but you'd have to know that was coming or just get lucky.
