It still disgusts me to see America being willing to sacrifice such lovely and noble women in that American disaster and failure called Vietnam. Vietnam is one of the endless examples of men screwing up....and women trying to make it better or fix it. Not one of those women belonged in Vietnam any more than the men did. It wasn't America's fight and we had no right to be there. And don't give me any patriotic history lessons about Vietnam. I am a proud Vietnam/Draft resistor. The war had absolutely NO effect on American freedom, security and way of life.....win or lose.

100% true. I’m a teacher. I figured out that stress is like poison. I learnt to regulate, so that I don’t waste time because if I’m not regulated my students will take longer to regulate. I’ve got this journey to the cortex figured out nicely despite the fact that I had no idea that I’m on my way to the… cortex. :D

Thanks so much for sharing your experiences! I flew Hueys in 1969 and got to see what you folks went through and brought you a lot of business. I remained with the Army for thirty years and flew in Desert Storm and in Somalia and always saw the Medical folks doing a great job. I named my son after my flight school buddy who came back in a box and would now be 74, but died when he was 20. As you know, wars do that sort of thing. I'm duking it out with Agent Orange and just finished my 30th radiation session. Whew! Best of luck to all of us and, again, thanks for sharing.
