We need more words for anger. There is the natural and healthy emotion and feeling of anger but you don’t seem to be talking about that. Rather it seems you are talking about the choice to act out in anger. To get mean, ugly, and manipulative.

Absolutely delightful to watch this whole video, and especially the story of your triumph over the death sentence. I participated in four programs at the Option Institute between 1985 and 2007, and have always benefitted from the Option teachings. Thank you both for steadfastly holding the place of love, no matter how hateful the outside world may become.
