Comparar a dupla Galán/Chingotto de 2024 com Lebrón/Galán de 2023é interessante, mas os números e o contexto deixam claro que a parceria de 2024 foi superior. Galán e Chingotto alcançaram um nível de consistência impressionante, com 14 finais consecutivas e 5 títulos, enfrentando adversários no auge, como Tapia e Coello, em um cenário mais competitivo. Em contrapartida, Lebrón e Galán tiveram uma temporada de altos e baixos em 2023, marcada por lesões e pela perda de liderança no ranking, com resultados menos expressivos. A harmonia entre Galán e Chingotto, somada à resiliência demonstrada ao longo de um ano intenso, colocou essa parceria em destaque. Embora Lebrón e Galán tenham tido anos gloriosos anteriormente, a dupla Galán/Chingotto provou ser mais sólida e eficiente, especialmente diante de desafios mais difíceis. @@ApolonioMcPollo hacian 2 zonas de 4 y 4. En su zona una pareja se enfrentaba contra las otras 3. los dos mejores de cada zona iban a semis. así lo hacía World Padel Tour hasta no se que año, y así se hizo toda la vida en el tenis..

@carlossalas5619 no me malinterpretes, a nivel profesional ellos son la envidia de todos los que nos gusta este deporte, lo están haciendo de 10, son del lejos el mejor revés y el mejor derecha del mundo. El problema es que para el espectador, saber como va a terminar la película incluso antes de empezar le quita la emoción.

Galan is probably the best player in the world, even better than Coello i think. But Chingotto is one level below him. Coello and Galan would be invicible together

Chingo es muy bueno defiende muy bien y todo lo que tu quieras pero no da para gabar a estos animales. No caza ni una bola ni apenas se la trae y contra los n 1 hace falta algo más. Me pregunto si Galán se conformará o decidirá cambiar de pareja con alguien más pegador y más ofensivo

Tanto Galán (incluso Stupa) sería número uno jugando con Arturo. No hay ningún Drive en el circuito que le haga ni sombra.

Todo el mundo cuando acabó de empezar la pareja Chingalan decia que iban a competir Hoy dicen que si Ale fuera con Arturo seria el 1 La verdad es que Ale quise demonstrar de ser el unico y asi se separó del Lobo y descubrió la diferencia entre un fenomeno y una pareja fenomenal Tapia y Coello son los goats del padel

Tbh, Galan and Tapia are quite evenly matched. Tapia has been possibly slightly better last few months but only just. The difference is Coello. As good as Chingotto is, his overhead game is the weakness of Chingalan. That’s the obvious ”out” on important points. Pretty sure Galan/Coello would have been almost as dominant as Tapia/Coello are now

Galan apreta al compañero que es lo normal, de los cuatro es el eslabon devil, siendo Chingoto un jugador de 9.5, pero es inferior a los otros tres, Arturo y Agustin lo saben y Alejandro tambien .....Es lo que hay!!!!

People underestimate Tapia's defence and point building with chiquitas, lobs, lob-volleys... In many bench conversations, when it comes to important parts of the match, Coello tells Tapia, I won't take risks, I'll play consistent, you do your thing. Other times, Tapia, who may have played a couple of lousy points, like in the second set 4-4 to lose serve 5-4, he apologises to Coello and tells him, next games you play solid, let me cook. Tapia could be number 1 with a few other players, he is so good, that Ausburger, when asked what side he would play for Argentina if he played with Tapia, Leo said: I would have to play on the left, as I am useless on the right, and Tapia could play anywhere. All pros know that Tapia is at another level. In key points he makes 2 unforced errors out of 15, patient, tactical, playing with such small margins over the net and with angles consistently.

Arturo deserves way more credit-he’s #1! A great, consistent, and aggressive player whose unique style sets him apart. He might not have one signature shot (except his Bajada), but his all-around skill and versatility are unmatched. A true motivational beast as a partner. Tapia is amazing too, but without Arturo’s mental boost, he’d have lost it so many times.

The only reason he has more points than Tapia is because all Nox players, including Tapia, were banned by Nox from playing Premier Padel in 2022, the last year of World Padel Tour, as Nox was the main sponsor during the dispute WPT vs Premier Padel. Coello was playing with Bela, and Tapia with Sanyo, who ended up finding different players instead of Tapia, so he could get some points in Premier, as well as more money. At the moment, the points are calculated over 2 years, so Coello and Tapia will end up with the same points by the end of the season, as only 2023 and 2024 will count.
