This whole talk is pure American state department propaganda. It’s one sided and starts at the middle of this issue. Contrary to what that lady says this war didn’t start in 2014 when Russia took Crimea. It started way before that. A perfect place to start is with the quote given at 16:45. Yes, in 2000 Putin clearly stated he wanted to join NATO and cooperate with the west, but what did the west do? Spit in Putin’s face. That occurred before the US invaded, toppled or “regime changed” countless countries in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America etc. After that quote the US refused help from putin after he was the first to call president bush after 9/11, they refused his help in Afghanistan, they ignored friendlier trade relations, they ended military agreement that’s include treaties on nuclear weapons etc. Right before Russia took Crimea what happened? In 2011 the US “regime changed” Libya, which resulted in Gaddafi being murdered(and much more). Putin was reportedly horrified after seeing the murder footage.
