I am adamant about not ironing. So I have always been very particular about how I fold. My boyfriend in college told me I was the only one he knew that could fold a T-shirt and it would be less wrinkly than when it came out of the dryer. Lol

Open plan. Kitchen, dining & great room were all one big room. Entire apartment is under 1,200 SF

Thank you for sharing I've seen someone do it before but I couldn't remember how. I literally just fold my sheets put them in the linen closet I couldn't get it to look nice, tightly and cute I am going back and refold them over 🥰

Works when you had adequate storage for everything else. Try doing that in half or a quarter of the amount of kitchen cabinet space. Space luxury.

When I moved from a house into an apartment, I had to do a major purging in order bring only those serving dishes ad bowls tat I really, really loved.

In that situation, you might look into purchasing the metal shelving I suggest in another video. It's called "my favorite things: wire shelving" Sturdy, attractive and ideal for the overflow. Maybe put the shelves in the garage for things you on't us all the time.
