We performed this routine back in 1998/1999 in the Los Angeles area and won a few competitions with it. Namely in Irvine and Puente Hills. I miss Arcade Infinity.

This may have only gotten 173 views in 15 years, but I'm one of them and glad to remember the times of doing DDR tournaments and trash freestyling years ago.

Wow. Lot of people saying this was TF1 or some other game. I remember when this video got out. It was going to be TF2, but was never released. I was there. That's what happened.

I saw this at a bowling alley in Ventura. This was seen before I got in contact with the home console version.

Honestly back when HL 1 first came out and I got promptly hooked on TFC, I was so waiting for this to come out. It promised a more military shooter experience with some RTS component. Those of you that followed the original TF2 planning know what I'm talking about. The classes were kind of similar, but in the original TF2, there was this class called "Overseer" or "Overlord" that had a special ability to go into a birds eye view and issue commands and such to other players. Very cool.

No, i think the first team fortress ran on the Quake engine, while the original tf2 would have run on the hl1 engine. The current tf2 runs on the hl2 engine

I prepaid for this game and it was never released. This was way back when. I wish to hell it had been released. We wouldn't be playing the cartoon crap they have out now.

This was what TF2 was going to be in 1999, but they changed their minds and went into 6 years of silent development, eventually releasing the final one in 2007.

I'm glad it didn't turn out like this. In this version, classes are different player skins with different weapons. Nothing more. But in the final product, they are "characters". They all have their own personality and reactions to different situations. They make the game much, much more fun. Plus, we already have Team Fortress Classic which is exactly like this.
