Muzan probably didn't heard of that song when he was a human. Because that song was created during the Edo period. Muzan was turned a demon during the Heian period, long before the Edo period. （Heian period:794-late12th century, Edo period:1603-1867)

This song is a traditional counting song (kazoe-uta) ,and a New Year's song. It's actually a much longer song, and if you listen to the end, you'll notice that "Kagura" is included in the lyrics. "hitoyo akereba（一夜明ければ）" means "after night", not "when a person opens up".

@@AliceHobbes Yes it's could also be a second meaning for it but the fact that there's a mention of "differed in colours" make it somehow related to Giyuu and Sanemi since they share similarities but they still very opposite of each others (the two lost their mother figures and best friends (Sabito & Masachika) due to demon and tried to make sure that what the atrocities that they experienced could never happens to someone else) But Sanemi has his little brother left so he had a purpose to be a demon slayer and when he became a hashira he assumed it unlike Giyuu who since final selection had survivor guilt 'cause when Sabito pass out he was all alone, and things became more complicated knowing that he self-isolated himself as a punishment but he wanted to make friends for real
