In England we have 5, 10, 20 and 50 pound notes which are promissory notes but the bank of England wont exchange them for silver/gold so they are stealing off all of us and giving us their fiat currency monopoly money 😂😂😂

Is this dude really a lawyer??? A promissory note is NOT an agreement to pay something back. The promissory note is submitted to the federal reserve window for exchange for federal reserve notes. The second you sign it the debt is immediately paid. These chumps then sucker you into signing a loan contract. Essentially you are paying TWICE!!!

The courts are closed, since 1999 when the 3rd us baknruptcy expired v. World bakning system. That 3rd baknruptcy began in 1933-34 when the govmint stole the people godl and sliver. Really very simple. Much cleaner than smoke and mirrors. Little guy pays for being honest.

Legal language (legalese) is used for legal professionals ONLY it's why people have to pay attorneys to simplify the law in plain english, you could try to do it yourself with free legal resources online to save money but anyone who isn't trained in law has no idea how to properly conduct legal research and where to start 🤷♂️

When you read a legal document as a normal citizens it seems like they modified the language so the average people don't understand them. They really tell you 2 sentence in a whole fukin A4 page. They could tell you pay "this money" until "this date" or you will be charged with "this amount" each day. No they write you a whole page for it...

Agreed. You can find legal documents that is as thick as a novel to explain a few simple things filled with jargon and scattered information that takes even a educated professional a lot of time to weed through. My opinion is as of yours, it's to keep the power AWAY from the people.

Me too, his entire case was dismissed based on this. Accusing someone of sexual assault is much different then free speech. I thought free speech meant talking about your opinions and how you felt about certain things. Not making accusations and threats.
