Great review , I have to go over my videos I retrieved my three camera footage last week, I know I have some interesting videos, I do want to put two cameras one over the other for a more accurate comparison, I am happy with the quality for sure. Now I got mostly bears 🐻 lol. So I put out some encouragement lol.

How will you prepare them to eat??

Put them in a brine mixture overnight. Then put out on racks to dry and cure. You can also eat them fresh and fry them up in a pan

It's been my experience that different animal burgers didn't taste better than good ole cow meat

I find it depends on the additives, I add pork (usually a fatty pork roast grounded) to my moose meat as the meat is usually really lean and of course I spice it up lol. Occasionally I add nothing only bread crumbs and eggs to hold it together and yes a choice of spices to flavour, do the same with beef burgers but definitely don't need fat added then if you buy ground 😉

Another relaxing day Darrell. The trout were small but the great outdoors wins every time. Nothing like getting out in the fresh air and enjoying a hot cup of tea. Awesome!
