You had rabbit tracks to most places where you had your slips I figured you would get a couple but hopefully next time you will. Nice looking stir fry your wife had cooked up. I bit it was delicious. I wish I could get out and set a few. Still hard going on the ski-doo leaving from the house. I hear that's there's good snow in the back country in the higher elevations. Well maybe after tonights and tomorrow snow squalls I'll be good to go. Best of luck next weekend.

I've been waiting for some snow to get at the rabbits , and knows what's going to happen we'll get dumped on and be too much snow to do anything with it lol. The buggers are there but they are avoiding running when they know you're there lol. Nice to get out see the guys two great channels that's for sure. Yeah I'm not sure how ice fishing is going to go the year , I know a lot of ponds of any size had absolutely no ice here this year up into January only past couple of weeks some caught over. I read today someone was scouting around and said some of the bigger ones are still open or practically no ice in the middle I say we could have to fish from shore lol. Great review ,I think this is the answer walking to the salmon river early in the morning,you can see the rooks ahead of you I’m sure . Im not a lover of head lamps this light clipped on you waders or back pack I think would be awesome,I’m sold !. Thanks for sharing and all the best .
