Can I use coconut oil instead of butter?
@nimschocofantasy7 күн бұрын
Though I have not tried using coconut oil, I think it would work. There might be a slight change in taste, but I think it would be tasty. If you are trying, let us know how it turned out.
@shilpam40967 күн бұрын
Sure! I use coconut oil in all my baking...cakes brownies and cookies...it's delicious and lighter on the stomach! And it goes well when the recipe is eggless.

Looks good but jaggery also is sugar but unrefined the cracks on top maybe due to too much raising agents. Instead of jaggery what sweetner shud be put
@nimschocofantasy11 күн бұрын
Thank you.. Here I used jaggery, as it's better than using white sugar. If you wish, you can use white sugar instead of jaggery. There would be difference in taste. About the cracks on this cake - as I had mentioned in the video, it's because I used a smaller cake tin. They are not because of the qty of leavening agents. Try it out and let me know how you liked it. Thank you once again for dropping by 🥰

8!of my 30 minutes would go in watching this video… this could have easily been a 3 minute video if you had condensed the video at each step. That’s my feedback. I’m sure this will be good recipe, but most will need be on to quicker and shorter videos. The length of the video did not add value. Just a feedback for improvement.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Really appreciate it. This was one of my initial videos and I was in a learning phase.. shooting, editing was new to me.. though I am still learning, I have improved. If you check my latest videos, u may find the difference... Once again, thank you for your constructive feedback... Helps me improve 🙏😌

Hi..Thank you ☺️ Apple is made with red coloured fondant. I brushed it with some yellow & white gel colours, here & there, to get that effect.

Why would you even need to warn the coco milk? Wouldn't it be abke to be made without that step? Would be a lot easier and faster
@nimschocofantasyАй бұрын
We have to warm the coconut milk before adding egg yolks. This is done to temper the eggs. This process helps the egg yolks to mix into the coconut milk evenly & cook it without getting scrambled. If you skip this step & directly bake , you may not get a silky smooth texture for your creme brulee. So, tempering the egg yolks is needed.

Which flour are u used?
@nimschocofantasy3 ай бұрын
It's not made with flour.. it's made with fondant, which is used to make these kind of toppers/elements for cake decoration. It's also used for covering the cake.
