Important to know the wicker man used to be run as 2 wicker man and 2 Tukahama Vanguards. Which helped a lot

Compared to most other spectres the wickerman spectres melted the map boss.

Still a lot of spectres to go, shame there is no true A-Z spectres list for new players, used dozens of types myself and I just use them in a theme since they got weakened to a point I'd even say less than half their original power. Might league start a crusader with enhanced vaal fallen and see how the icons make their boss killing power goes up.

For kitava herald, linking spell echo would turn off melee, and linking multisrike would turn off casting. Not sure if that is still the case.

my personal favorite - baranite preacher with summon phantasm. phantasm would kill at least half of it when you run thru them and the lightning balls will kill everything remains. both phantasm share the same gem links with baranite so they synergized extremely well. both of them are natural aggressive so u dont need feeding frenzy to get them going

It's a bummer that even with a mirrored helm none of these are capable of doing even non-uber pinnacle bossing. They really should bring forged frost bearers back or just buff the gem.

yea it just not what they design for anymore. with shotgun removed they only good for mapping nowaday. i would say the only spectres that come close to being viable for pinnacle would be crushclaw.

Crushclaws with high attack/move speed are so satisfying. Having them wipe the screen and the leftover sound of the little whirlpools <3

solid showcase, would it maybe be worth supplementing returning proj support in standard 6-link for spectres like redemption sentries for even better clear?

u can. my build center around srs and skellies which is why i dont use my 6 links for the spectrres. it was too much of a hassle to switch it out between mapping and bossing so i use either gloves or helmet for the clearing spectres. but keep in mind, the minion helmet im using is very beneficial for cold base or any elemental base spectres due to min dmg support, hyperthermia and 30% more elemental dmg to socketed gem. so to outperform the helmet, u would need a 6-links that also have a unique stats/support that give it a little more oomph than a regular standard 6 links.

fake pob dps, doesn't look like 300m dps to me. has frenzy and onslaught ticked. vaal haste and skele as well.

He does mention in the video that his build has roughly 160m (120m without Vaal skills) dps, and the 300m dps version is a theorized improvement

I know this is dumb and probably not practical but it would be pretty funny to see you dual wielding an arakali’s fang in place of your shield. The spiders work very well with the poison minion archetype but I doubt it would be worth the trade offs of losing your shield.

hmm that is a thinker. i think the only issue would be arakalli require the squire to do any real damage but it would be visually pleasing.

@@tenmoqi Arakali’s still does VERY respectable damage without squire, it was a totally viable item before Squire’s release as long as you could find a way to summon your spiders, which gravebind solves

lol yea, i hav a 4080 in a fairly new computer, at max minions and a fully juice pack size map, i still suffer from frame stuttering.

im not too savy with POB, i can never get baranite preacher dmg to show up correctly. no matter how i adjust it, the dps always show to be below 100k for me, think it had something to do with how lightning ball works.
