I had this flooring installed 7 years ago in a unit used for an Inn. I love this floor! Pets, children and lots of traffic and still no wear showing. I will continue to use this product wherever I can. It's very soft under foot, easy to install. This particular design really does look like stained concrete.

I had problems with this flooring. After my contractor met with the manufacturing rep, they realized that all the material I had received was defective. The company offered to replace the material but did not offer to compensate me on the 3 days I tried installing it and the 1 day I hired professionals to try to install it. I was extremely disappointed and decided to go with something else.

Because of the thickness of the foam; be prepared to have numerous dimples when walking on it. Impossible to get flat because of the foam. Think of it like memory foam mattresses. Come back the next day and the indents are gone. Do not use 1/8" notched trowels for this, the smaller the better. Learned from my mistake.

So what's wrong with this product? I am about to install in my kitchen. Have you used this and had problems?
