The house is amazing. I really appreciate the love he has for his father. The interior of the house looks very 80's mall style which was the style back then. The house has good bones but it needs a lot of updating unless you want that 80's look.

No wealthy person cooks themselves. Only way to make this feasible is ro make it corporate getaway retreat and charge to stay there.

I think it does look old, but in a good way because it has this mid-century modern feel to it.

I am a UCD Design grad, and I can see the Frank Lloyd Wright influence. This home "sings" with class and originality and most of all, inspiration. It's an immersive experience with no end. I remember when this home, the auto collection and mall were built. Please keep this beautiful video posted here for as long as possible (or transfer it somewhere permanent), to keep inspiring designers. Thank you.

This is a very 80s house but in a good way. It has FLW influences, but it also has a lot of Japanese influences popular in the 1980s. The koi ponds, the manicured gardens, the samurai statues. Yet, it doesn't feel dated because of the scale and timeless features of the house with stonework, woodwork and expansive windows. I agree that it is not dated despite clearly belonging in the 1980s. Its a bit of a contradiction there.

This Home is too personalized! That’s a lot of money to inherit someone else’s dreams! It would be very hard to redesign without still feeling like your living in the 80’s

I'm a fan of Wright and I overall like this house but I'd redo that ball room.

The grounds are jaw dropping! No doubt there is a full time staff of landscapers. I think this property is under valued - should be closer to 35M.
